 I previously posted this on Facebook &  I am re-posting it here on my blog so it will forever be part of my story.   If you are okay with a Supreme Court that has no public policy for conduct or oversight, then keep voting for Republicans. If you are okay with our government deciding what's best for a women's body, then keep voting for Republicans. If you are okay with all these mass shootings & the massacring our children, then keep voting for Republicans. If you are okay with more guns & less legislation on limiting access to them, then keep voting for Republicans. If you are okay with the continuing hate being used against the LBGTQ community, Asians, people of Color, people with Disabilities, Drag Queens & Disney, then keep voting for Republicans. If you are okay with the lies about the last Presidential election & who won & a certain news network saying that January 6th was just a few folks wanting to take a peaceful tour of the Congress,

    If you are a Conservative & a Republican are you okay with the recent behavior of your party?... Are you okay with the continuing spreading of lies & conspiracy theories?... Are you okay with the Senate minority leader now reversing his stance on Trump & the Capital insurrection?... Are you okay with that same leader expressing that there will be no cooperation with any of the Democrats to get things done?... Are you okay with the House minority leader who also reversed his initial remarks about that same ex- President & the riot & for whom he now chooses to enable?... Are you okay that the same leader was trumpeting his fellow House members to oust Liz Cheney from her leadership post & was successful?... Are you okay that as of May 14, only 95 out of the 211 House Republicans have been vaccinated?... Are you okay that we may not get a bipartisan committee to investigate that horrific attempt at taking down our government on January 6?... Are you okay that

       I am beginning to re-enter the post Covid era & have begun to slowly ease back into driving folks around again...It's something I really enjoy & making some extra dollars sure helps...I never wanted to retire & this past year of being locked down @ home was surely a reinforcement of my reasoning...I always felt that us humans needed to interact with others & keep contributing to this journey we are all on for as long as we are able...This 'job' allows me to meet people of all cultures, situations & life styles...It is my small glimpse into our town...I have lived in the 'Cuse for 71 years except for a 2 year stint in the Army (Germany) & in Sherrill, NY from 1996-2003...Those Sherrill years included dealing @ the Turning Stone for 2 years & owning the Bagel Station for 4...The remaining time was spent running our Archway Cookie Route...Oh & I keep saying I a lot, but Ella Mae has been with me for of all our 50 years...We have worke

        I've sat back for over these past four years & kept silent as the daily Facebook political posts supporting our now ex-President became even more alarming...Now it's my turn to make my voice known...I can not sit idle any longer...This posting is lengthily & it's my space to write down my thoughts so be fore warned...      Well here it is March 25, 2021 & 563,530 fellow Americans are gone because of the pandemic...We had an inept President & administration for whom facts just didn't matter...The most important duty of a President is to protect us all from foreign & domestic harm & he failed miserably...He has still exhibited no empathy or apology...It still continues to be everyone else's fault..What an inept disgrace of a leader & American... It's amazing to me that he continues to be unfazed & that his cult members still support him...The lies & conspiracy theories continue & we are more divided & dangerous

                        These are pics of my Dad, Brothers, Pat & Jimmy & myself & no we are not losers...We served because it was our duty & belief that America was the most decent country on earth.. Perfect, of course not, just look at the racial & social injustice that still exists...We served with men & women of all political affiliations & we chose to respect one another for we were all on the same side, something solely lacking today...It is now the duty of our President & all his supporters to honor theirs...Just ranting that this was a rigged election doesn't make it so & it is a direct assault on what I believe our military served & even died for...I am also tired of some folks believing that God only favors one side or the other...In my meager & ongoing study God loves us all & has bestowed His grace on all...Yes, I am Christian & a Liberal...Horrors, I know, many of you are losing your minds as how can that be...Well Je
