We opened our outside venue on Tuesday & it was very well received.....This food trailer allows us to offer a few more items & we can sell even when the weather isn't the greatest....Last summer Mark (my cousin) cooked hot dogs & sausage on a grill & there were times it was either too hot, too windy or the bees were in attack mode.....lol.....He did a great job under those & other harsh conditions....This is all part of trying to make things easier for all.....I still refer to the Cafe as a work in progress & this is no different.....I am hoping that this will help us to get the word out that there is indeed a great food place just inside those doors, while also allowing folks who are just driving by to get a good & quick meal..... I am very proud of Stan who has really begun to take charge inside, which has allowed me to get this up & running outside.....If you are in the area we would love to serve you & we can now do that as your coming or go
